Congrats lady! I have to admit, and I'm ashamed... I started reading Prophecy of Days, but I've had a bit of a nightmarish few weeks and I put it down. My brain has been mush and I've had trouble both reading and writing. I promise I'll finish soon! Every time I see the book next to my bed I feel like such a bad friend!
Little J - no guilt, please! I know how it is when you're writing and can't read. Put it in your t-shirt drawer so it doesn't make you feel bad. Someday when you're bored enough to organize drawers you'll find it...
Hi Christy, I've looked all over this blog and your website, but I haven't been able to find any contact info for you. Would you mind emailing me at ahauntofancientpeace@hotmail.com
Hi Christy! I stumbled upon your blog awhile ago and wanted to say hi! I live in Ashland, too, and will be attending the MFA program in Writing for Children and Young Adults at the Vermont College of Fine Arts this summer. It's good to see another writer of YA in town :) I picked up your book from Bloomsbury the other day and look forward to reading it!
Hi Christy - we were in Ashland this past weekend and my son saw your book! He was hooked after reading the first page! He's looking forward to book 2! Do you have a release date yet? The book came with a signed bookmark - he thought that was very cool! Thanks! Andrea
I love your book Prophecy of Days. I am SO happy you have made it into a series! Now it is DOUBLE the fun!! (maybe triple?:)) I also love your numbering system for the chapters. Your suspence is breathtaking, and I loved the mystery. I literally could not put the book down. It was my best friend for a while. :) Thank you for the title and release date of the second book!!
